Dado que el derecho a la propia imagen está reconocido en el artículo 18 de la Constitución y con motivo de dar cumplimiento a las Leyes de Protección Civil del Derecho al Honor y a la Intimidad Personal y Familiar y a la Propia Imagen (Ley 1/1982, de 5 de mayo), junto con la Ley de Protección Jurídica del Menor (Ley 1/1996, de 15 de enero) y la (Ley 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre) sobre la Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, informo de mi conformidad y consentimiento para poder captar y publicar imágenes de los participantes en las redes sociales de la escuela, utilizados por DANZA10 (SOUNDANCE 360 S.L .) para la formación 1ST A CORUÑA INTERNACIONAL DANCE PROGRAM.
Given that the right to one’s own image is recognised in Article 18 of the Constitution, and in order to comply with the Civil Protection Laws on the Right to Honour and to Personal and Family Privacy and to One’s Own Image (Law 1/1982 of 5 May), together with the Law on the Legal Protection of Minors (Law 1/1996, of 15 January) and Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, I hereby give my agreement and consent for images of the participants to be captured and published on the school’s social media accounts, used by DANZA10 (SOUNDANCE 360 S.L.) for the 1ST A CORUÑA INTERNATIONAL DANCE PROGRAM training course.
